It’s been a crazy couple of months, hasn’t it? It’s nice to see some sunshine and the easing of some restrictions. I hope that we can flatten the curve and start seeing our friends and family again soon. In the meantime…I’ve been cooking, baking, and getting inventive. There’s never been a more perfect time to indulge in a new cocktail.

I whipped up a Pink Berry Sparkler and settled in with a movie. It’s super easy to make. Start off with a bottle of Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Moscato Rose, pineapple juice, and a few raspberries. It was my first time using my cocktail shaker, and I might be hooked…

Pink Berry Sparkler
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 5 raspberries
- 3 oz. Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Moscato Rose
How to mix
In a mixing glass, muddle the raspberries. Add the pineapple juice and Moscato Rose, with ice, and stir briefly. Strain into a chilled champagne glass and top off with extra Moscato Rose. Garnish with a cut strawberry.
Easy, right? Now you have a sweet, refreshing cocktail to sip.
Bolstered by that easy cocktail, a few nights later I broke out my cocktail shaker and mixed up a Spring Fling.
