Top 5 Toronto & GTA Wedding Venues

toronto-islands-wedding-photography-rino-jeff04

You may not be able to tell from my blog content, but I’ve got wedding on the brain. Big time. Currently I’m trying to figure out how I can grab some blue and white table runners without paying a small fortune. But before I got to these little details, I was focused on the big one. The venue.

When I got engaged in February, I had heard how hard it was to find a venue. I assumed this was only true for the large venues like Casa Loma, or the Distillery District. I was  very wrong. Although I was thinking of an October 2017 wedding date, I very quickly realized that many venues were taken. Venue hunting became my life. I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on venues now, and I’m going to share my favourite ones with you! My advice to you? Decide how large your wedding will be and book a venue as soon as you can. It’s never too early! The prices quoted below are current as of October 2016. Obviously, prices can change. I’ve noted if the vendors allow outside catering. In most cases, where I have included price per person that’s the minimum charge. Doesn’t include any additional fees that the venue may have. Take a look!

What does no outside catering mean? We have to use their in-house catering services? They dont allow you to cater from a different external company?

Hi Alysia, yes that’s right. You have to use their in house catering, or the company they recommend. You aren’t allowed to bring in your own cater from a different company.
