Spring is just around the corner. Dior has a dazzling array of new products for spring! My favourite products are the Dior Lip Glow Hydrating Color Reviver Lip Balm ($41). The lip balms are from Dior’s Backstage collection. The formula is created with mango butter for hydrated lips. The formula reacts to the chemistry of each persons lips to adjust to a custom shade for each person.
The collection is debuting two new finishes, matte and holographic. The matte finish is a tinted balm with a velvet matte finish. You can wear it on its own, or as a base with a matte lipstick. The holographic glow produces an iridescent Holographic glow that enhances lips.
The collection has 10 new shades in pinks and berry shades. Here are some swatches below..
As you can see, some of the shades are quite sheer on darker skin. I like 102 (Matte Raspberry and 007 (Raspberry) the best. Check out all of the shades here.
If you’ve been looking for a new skin regime, you should try the new Dior Capture Youth Creme ($120). This is a super smooth creme with a fine texture. It will fend off the signs of aging before they appear. The cream is made out of 88% natural ingredients.
The creme can be paired with 5 super powered serums to help your skin. Serums include: Plump, that nourishes the skin and gives it a 24% higher plumped appearance, Glow, which helps correct dull skin wit the power of Murunga plums, Mattify, good for combination skin and can reduce the appearance of pores, Lift, that can tighten the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. INTENSE TREATMENT: Use as an intense one-month treatment when skin is particularly stressed.
