Picture This: Eat to the Beat 2014

1-October 20142Eat to the Beat is a magical event for foodies that brings together 60 female chefs cooking for a great cause. Last week I attended this event at Roy Thompson Hall, and I’m happy to say that it remains my favourite foodie event of the year! All of the money raised from the event goes to support the Willow Breast & Hereditary Cancer Support .

Each chef has their own station set up, and you can walk around in a delicious circle of food as far as the eye can see. It’s impossible to name all of the dishes, so here are a few.

I always admire the amazing costumes worn and sometimes even made by breast cancer survivors.
