Now that we’ve officially left the season of pumpkin spice, bring on the holidays! I got the chance to check out the new philosophy collection and holiday packaging. Offering hot apple cider in a showroom
filled with pine themed holiday decor and ornaments of Purity Made Simple, Amazing Grace and Hands of
Hope, philosophy knows how to get us in the mood for the holidays.
The ever popular shampoo, shower gel & bubble bath ($22) is back with in holiday flavours. Christmas Cookie truly smells delicious just like the holidays. Snow Angel, Vanilla and Shimmering Snowlace also gets you in the
mood for the season. My personal favourite flavour is Candy Cane.
The anti-wrinkle miracle worker+ cream will be launching in January. This is a faster acting miracle cream
than the original and has two branches of vitamin C. It contains Indian gentian extract which is the
wrinkle fighting element. The cream helps sustain proper levels of collagen and is anti stress. We tested
our stress levels using Biodots placed on our hands and my dot colour turned blue,
indicating that I am calm.
I have been using the Purity made simple 3-in-1 facial cleanser and my skin feels really soft and has a
glow to it. This gentle cleanser is great for my sensitive skin. It contains 12 essential oils and the
meadowfoam seed oil helps dissolve makeup and conditions the skin.
There are a variety of cute gift sets that make the perfect present for friends and family. My personal favourite scent is the classic soft floral Amazing Grace eau de toilette, which has notes of bergamot and muguet blossoms that make you feel feminine and elegant.
