To get through the winter, I need to consume multiple cups of tea a day. It helps that David’s Tea seems to release a new collection whenever I’m in need of some new tea! (Read: All the time)
The David’s Tea Winter Collection ($27.50) features five different teas.
Bubbie’s Baklava was my favourite out of the collection. Featuring walnuts and pistachios, this honey-scented oolong tea is inspired by David’s grandmother. Isn’t that sweet? I don’t often drink oolongs, but after this tea it may become a habit.
Sugar Plum Forest is a light rooibos featuring apple, hibiscus, ginger and warm winter spices that will chase the chill away.
Cocomint Cream is an interesting blend of apple, coconut and mint. It’s a really refreshing herbal tea that’s caffeine free and perfect for when you are feeling a touch under the weather.
Vanilla Chai brings together my two favourite teas into one delicious package. This black tea blend has notes of cinnamon and licorice root. I wish it was a little stronger.
Last but not least, Apple Custard is a decadent creamy blend of apples, raisins and vanilla. Relaxing!
