As you may or may not remember, I totally love my Shark® APEX™ DuoClean® Powered Lift-Away® Vacuum Duo. Unfortunately, I vacuumed up some beauty supplies by mistake that definitely shouldn’t have been vacuumed up. Amazingly, my friends at Shark were understanding, and let me try out the newest model! The Shark Powered Lift-Away Shark® APEX® DuoClean® with Zero-M® Self-Cleaning Brushroll Upright Vacuum is the newest member of the family. It has a few new features, let’s take a look!

Powered Lift-Away® mode
Just like the previous model, you can use this vacuum in a classic upright mode for a classic clean, or you can use the Powered Lift-Away® mode. In this mode, you lift off the canister and use the vacuum in those hard to reach spots, like under the couch.
Above-floor cleaning
If you want to get everything extra clean, you can remove the pod and use the hose to clean high up places, like blinds and windowsills.
Zero-M Self-Cleaning Brush roll
One of the really cool new features is the Zero-M Self-Cleaning Brushroll. This keeps hair from wrapping around the brush and getting stuck. Kind of what happened with my art supplies! Thanks to this new feature, that wouldn’t stop this powerful vacuum.
Overall, I’m really pleased with this vacuum. It’s lighter than its predecessor, powerful and compact. It fits into my condo life perfectly! If you are looking for a new vacuum, definitely check out the Shark Apex DuoClean with Zero-M.
