We are less than a month away from what is arguably Toronto’s cheesiest night, the Artisan Cheese Night Market at the St. Lawrence Market.
This festival will feature 150 artisan and farmstead cheeses to sample and purchase. In addition to cheese, you can try charcuterie, chocolate, artisan foods, olive oil, Ontario wine, craft beer and cider, and spirits.
There will be all sorts of cheese for sample and sale, including freshly stretched mozzarella. Some vendors include: Stonetown Artisan Cheese, Quality Cheese, Amour & Tradition (Quebec cheesemakers) Fromagerie Kapuskoise and many more.
