I don’t know how Kikkerland does it. They manage to come up with cool concepts and ideas for things that you didn’t even know you needed, but can’t live without once you have it. Here are some of the items that I’ve come to rely on around the house.
Living in a condo has taught me that space is at a premium. Whenever I want to bring something new into my house, I have to make sure that I have enough space for it. Having a bucket comes in so handy for household chores, but I didn’t want to give up the space. This super handy bucket squishes down flat so that you can store it anywhere. Problem solved.
This soft bedside pocket attaches to the side of your bed, so that you can tuck important things inside. I use it to store my glasses, hand lotion and hair ties. It can also attach to couches if that’s more your style.
I’m always in a rush in the morning, trying to catch the TTC. If I’ve woken up late, I don’t have time to finish my tea. I’ve started to put the remainder of my tea into this cute mason jar. It doesn’t spill and it keeps my tea hot so that I can drink it when I’m on the subway. When I’m not using it for tea, my husband uses it to brew up fresh cold brew coffee.
Sometimes I need multiple power outlets in a place that’s hard to navigate with a large stick power strip. The Kikkerland flexible power strip can be shaped in different configurations to save you a bit of space. I use it in a round shape.
