5 Reasons I’m Looking Forward to February

February is freezing cold, and full of slush.
However, there are enough good things coming to make me feel warm inside!

3. new-york-i-love-you-01

I fell in love with Paris, I Love You, a film with a series of vignettes from various romances around the city. Now there is New York I love you! Which is super exciting and bound to be beautiful.

4. candy-heart

Valentine’s Day! I love Valentine’s Day!!!

5. winterlicious-logo

Happy February!

iphone stuff

Not that you care, but I like to fancy myself a techie kind of girl.
I’ve been trying to SSH my iphone to the computer for ages,
and it kept timing out. Last night, I was finally able to SSH themes to my phone, and I’m really happy!
I intend to make a NANA anime theme eventually.

Anyways, my phone looks like this now.

I’m using a theme called Damino, and I am currently in love with it.

I’m trying to get a lockscreen that looks like this because it’s -beautiful- and I love it. I think I’ve found the way to do it at mytriniphone but it’s not working on my phone!

I will get it to work. The reason I like my iphone is not because it’s such a great phone,
but because it can keep me entertained with all of the modifications I can add to it.

Jailbreake, of course.

Little Bee Book Review

When the weather is this cold, I don’t feel much like doing much more than curling up with a good book.
Random House had sent me this book in the first week of January, but I didn’t get around to it until yesterday. And when I did, I couldn’t put it down.
book cover

Little Bee is written by Chris Cleave. It tells the story of a young girl that has gone through incredible trials and is still a witty and strong character. Little Bee can be heartbreaking and horrific at times, but is still beautiful. This book brings international (Africa and the UK) issues right into your living room, and into other characters personal lives as well. I was captured from the opening paragraph, and I’m sure you will be too.

Little Bee will be released on February 10th. Go and grab your copy!
